    • Plays a key upporting role to the Guest Services team and fosters a professional and service-oriented relationship with our wholesale partners
    • Up to date on all Pursuit products, discounts and promotions and have the ability to help frontline to directly serve our guests
    • Auditing cash, credit card and billing transactions
    • Troubleshooting transactions, discrepancies and correcting any errors
    • Coaching the Guest Service team through transactions and voucher redemption
    • Corresponding with Banff Auditing Clerk and wholesalers to supply receipts and billing/audit reports


    The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities: 

    • Self-motivator who can work without direct supervision and is patient and eager to collaborate with colleagues to solve problems and learn as a team
    • Organization and time management skills are a must, but a passion for making a difference for each guest and employee is the most important aspect of this position!
    • Administrative skills including proficient use of Microsoft office
    • Accounting experience and RTP knowledge, an asset
    • Previous cash handling and point of sale system experience an asset
    • Proven strength in problem solving, attention to detail and ability to make decisions
    • Exceptional public relations skills and a team-play oriented mindset
    • Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
    • Ability to think on the fly and outside the box to solve problems with a positive attitude
    • Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated
    • Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
    • Must meet the grooming and appearance standards
    • To honour our commitment to be “Always Honest” all employees must consent to a criminal record check
    • Standard First-Aid or higher an asset

    Work Environment

    • Contract dates April 4th to October 21st, 2019
    • Typically 5 days on/2 days off
    • 6 days on/1 day off during peak periods
    • Split shifts as per schedule
    • Days off may change with each schedule and depend on business level
    • Long weekends may incur schedule changes
    • Expect 35 – 44 hours per week depending on business levels
    • Polo shirts, North Face Pants and indoor jacket will be issued on arrival
    • Eligible for a retention and performance bonus
